Insignis is a stunning indoor plant that is perfect for the home due to its hardiness and ability to thrive in low light.  Its slow growth rate means it requires little maintenance. The Calathea insignis, also called the Rattlesnake Plant is a tropical plant native to Brazil. It is famous for its long, wavy leaves. The tops are light green with dark green spots, while the bottoms are deep purple This plant is popular for its airy look and air-purifying qualities

Your Insigins should be allowed to almost dry out between waterings.  It can be placed in direct sunlight or you can provide artificial sunlight with our 'LED Plant Light'. Avoid contact with heaters and drafty areas.   Remove dead foliage to promote new growth.

Feed your Insignis with liquid organic fertiliser as this will boost its growth.
