Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase from Bonsai Boy for any reason, you must notify us within 2 days.
Once we receive your goods a member of our team will inspect the goods and determine if a return is accepted.

We do not return good for change of mind.

We personally package all of our orders with the utmost care. However if your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with evidence of the damage and we will investigate and arrange a claim where necessary. 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
